8 WEEK COURSES
We do it right first time!
We do not have single class lessons, courses only - Which
means that your learning is not constantly interrupted with new members
coming and going.
Choreography for all class work is by
Mega - New Zealand's leading
professional South American teacher.
Born in New York, Mega grew up in the
Latin Quarter where she learned salsa, studying with world number one
Eddie Torres among others. Mega travelled to Havana, Cuba where
she studied Salsa Cubano intensively for six months. She then went to
Pelourinho in Bahia Brazil for further training in Samba, Lambada and
Axe and Mega also danced in the Bahia Carnival.
Partners are not necessary. Couples
can stay together if they wish.
Beginners Course:
Salsa - Merengue - Bachata
This 8 week course,
with classes of 1¼
hours each week, will teach you the basics and a number of
exciting variations in mainly Salsa, and also Merengue
and Bachata.
