The best way to learn dancing is from a course - more fun and the opportunity to meet some terrific people.  You don't have different people in the class each week, so you can progress steadily.

Partners are not necessary and couples may choose to stay together if they wish.

All our courses are structured and follow a weekly programme so that everything is covered at the best speed possible for the class, not too fast, not too slow.

Where there is more than one course of the same type, eg there are three courses a week for each type of beginners dancing, members can attend all three.  The only rule is to wait until the other two nights have an first night so that the class is not too advanced.  This gives extra practice and is very popular with our members.

There are advanced courses available to take your dancing to a higher level.

Social Style Dance Course - learn the traditional ballroom and Latin American dances as well as Rock and Roll

Argentine Tango - the original tango as danced in Argentina

Salsa - the exciting Cuban Salsa
