What to Wear

Wear tidy, casual clothing, not too warm as dancing is a wonderful form of exercise.

What kind of shoes do I need?

The best shoes for dancing are ones with a smooth sole.  Rubber soles grip the floor and make turning difficult.  Ladies should wear a heel height they are comfortable with.  Make sure your shoes don't slip off the foot when you move (forwards and backwards!)
